I saw an ad online that said free consultation and I was having some hearing issues so I decided to check Audibel hearing center out as I had nothing to lose. I went for my free initial appointment the next day and it has a great location in Great neck and plenty of parking. I proceeded to go up to the office where I met Carolyn Lindenbaum who is a doctor of audiology. I filled out some forms and then we went back to her office where she took time to sit and talk with me and discuss my concerns and different options available in depth. She was very personable knowledgeable and professional which I appreciated. She will be calling me soon to follow up on all we talked about however I wanted to say that the office was very clean very efficiently ran and again Carolyn gave me a very personalized service, was patient and listened to all I had to say. If you are looking for a new place to go and want excellent service I would suggest you come here. We’ll see how the follow-up goes but for now my rating is five stars excellent office and doctor.

She was very pleasant and in my situation, as a knowledgeable audiologist, She explained the options that were best for me. She also extended her advice by assisting me in the process to accomplish my goal. Her kindness most appreciated.

Lovely office and team. Brought both parents here, neither native English speakers. The physician was extraordinarily patient.
So please with professional staff and service. I came for assistance with connecting my hearing aid, and phone function. Received excellent service and was not rushed nor did I feel uncomfortable with my own confusion about synchronizing Hearing aid with phone.
Receptionist Morgan was friendly and offered great hospitality. Dr Lindenbaum was excellent and provided a solution to a problem I had with my hearing aids. Well worth the travel to her office.
